Reservation Policy

At Riverland RV Resort, we’re excited to host your stay and want to ensure a smooth
booking experience from start to finish.

• A two-night minimum stay is required for all reservations.
• A three-night minimum stay applies to holiday periods and special event weekends.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Please note:
• Specials and promotional offers are valid on non-holiday and non-event weekends only and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
• At the time of booking, your site will be assigned based on the selected site type to ensure the best fit for your stay.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while
maintaining fairness for all guests.

Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date will receive:
• A full refund, less a $30 cancellation fee per site, or
• The option to receive a camping credit for the full amount paid, valid for use within one (1) year from the cancellation date.

• Camping credits are non-refundable and must be used within the one-year timeframe.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.

Golf Cart Policy
Guests are welcome to bring their own golf carts for use during their stay.

• $40 per stay fee applies
• Proof of insurance is required upon arrival
• A valid ID must be presented at check-in
• Only licensed drivers are permitted to operate golf carts on the property

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Camping Rates

Check in is 2:00PM — Check out is 12:00PM.

We do not offer early check in or late check out. If you arrive before check in time, there will be an early check in fee added to your stay.​
